Please note that School of Choice is unable to serve the following student populations:

• Students with continual infractions of the Student Code of Conduct
• Students who have committed a level IV or V offense against the Student Code of Conduct mandating placement in a disciplinary AEP (Alternative Education Program)
• Students with a serious history of absenteeism that has adversely impacted their academic success

All students applying for admission to School of Choice must be referred by their home school's principal and approved by the School of Choice interview committee.

All students must apply, interview accompanied by parent/legal guardian, and be accepted by School of Choice.
 

1. Discuss your interest in School of Choice with your home school counselor and/or grade level principal.
    
2. Your principal sends the Student Application Referral Document to the School of Choice registrar.
    
3. After your home school principal recommends your enrollment at School of Choice, you or your parent/guardian should request an interview at the school by calling  713 365 4190.
    
4. Your parent or guardian must accompany you to the interview at School of Choice. You will complete an application prior to your interview..
    
5. You and your parent/guardian will be notified of your acceptance by letter.
    
6. If accepted, you and your parent/guardian must attend "new student orientation" and begin the enrollment process.
